The Mary's Wish golf outing and fundraiser will be hosted Sunday, Sept. 25, 2011, at the picturesque Door Creek Golf Course, outside of Cottage Grove, Wisconsin.

Join in the fun! Teams of four can register for $300, and hole sponsorships offer another avenue for your financial support of this great cause.

You could also win one of several great raffle prizes! A portion of all proceeds benefit the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Parkinson's Disease Association.

Join with family and friends for 18 holes of fun! Individuals can register for $75 each, which includes 18 holes of golf with cart, drink ticket and lunch.

Join us for the fifth annual Mary’s Wish golf outing and fundraiser for Parkinson’s disease on Saturday, August 11, 2012, at Door Creek Golf Course in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin! Join us for the fun, the cameradie, and to support a great cause! We will be adding a DJ and dance portion this year!
A portion of all proceeds benefit the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Parkinson’s Disease Association. You can register online, or print out the brochure and mail it in. Your organization may also be interested in donating gifts for hole sponsorships or prizes for the raffle.
